One of the most talented plastic surgeon in Turkey and awarded by TUBITAK (Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey), Murat Gürel practices every plastic and reconstructive surgeon with great success and satisfaction.
Between 1994-2000, he was studying medicine at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, the leading medical school of Turkey. After his graduation, he started to work as an assistant doctor in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Department of Ankara Atatürk Training and Research Hospital. During this period, he published numerous national and international research articles.
In 2008-2009, he had done a variety of surgeries in Mustafa Kemal University Medical Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Department, including rhinoplasty, breast operations and reconstructive surgeries, mouth and lip corrections. He also mastered flap methods with lots of operations.
In 2009-2012, he operated in Kırklareli University Plastic Surgery Department. He did maxillofacial surgeries and finished his Ph.D. Then, he went to Aksaray for his governmental medical duty, accomplished a lot of plastic operations for 5 years. After that, he started to work at Taksim Training and Research Hospital for 1.5 years.
Now he is working at MCAN Health to share his vast experience with patients from all over the world.
Dr. Murat Gürel loves to do activities in nature. He is a certified in scuba-diving and paragliding. Also, he is interested in acting and had a role in a play for a year. Dr. Gürel is a father of two children and loves touristic and gourmet tours.
