Everything went amazing well, from picking me up from the airport to having the surgery. Treatment went ok, staff very friendly and everything was explain to me in detail.

I can recommend Mcan. Everything went as planned, from the pick up and transfers at the airport, to the surgery itself it all went smoothly and as expected. Now I am in the second month so my hair is looks uneven as it’s expected to. Even so I am confident i am on my way to a better hair and that I made a good choice. At Mcan they’re professional, and the equipment and facilities are clean and up-to-date. They have delivered what they said they were going to do so far, and they follow up regularly. They care about their service and reputation. I hope they ask me again for review after six months and one year so I can fully report on the process. You can feel confident choosing the Mcan.

MCANs clinic was spotless, their technicians extremely helpful, services first class, and Elif was incredibly helpful. I have been in contact with them remotely months before and after my operation and have received nothing but support from everyone at MCAN. I was planning to go with my brother to have our hair implant done in with Man and paid the deposit for both of us. However, I had to cancel our appointment for some personal reason and spoke to them about having the deposit money paid back to me as I had had a change of mind and I was reassured the money would be paid back in full since it was still within the cooling off period and they offered me all necessary assurance about it. This kind of approach and positive attitude gave me total reassurance about their integrity and willingness to do their very best to their clients and in future if I decided to have the work done I will certainly look for their expertise.

I've not long returned home from having the procedure but I couldn't be happier with the way I was treated and how everything was organised; made the entire process stress free. Any questions I needed answered was answered straight away with detail and videos. The entire staff were super kind and helpful; especially when nerves got the best of me at the start of the operation, they kept me calm and kept talking to me until I felt comfortable (seriously meant a lot). Was taken to and from the airport by some really nice drivers who are far from rude and super helpful as well. I literally can't think of anything bad to say from my experience with MCAN Health and would highly recommend; they really know what they're doing and have a goof way of planning your trip in advanced! I look forward to seeing my results and writing another positive review.

I honestly could not be happier with how well the team at Mcan Health dealt with me. From the second I stepped into the car to be transfered to the clinic, until I left after my treatment was finished and dropped back off at the airport, every single member of staff was fantastic. Constantly checking I was okay and reassuring from start to finish. My main point of contact spoke excellent English too which always helps. Any questions/queries I had, she never failed to have an answer for and an explanation to with it. After reading reviews I expected them to be nice but they exceeded my expectations by a mile. Their clinic is immaculate too. You can tell they take great pride in their work and work place. As for the treatment itself, it's too early to talk about real reviews but so far it has been amazing. The treatment went perfectly and there has been no issues or concerncs so far. If anyone is thinking about having a hair transplant, I would save your time and just go directly to Mcan. I dont believe you will get a better services anywhere else. Thanks again!

On June 1, 2021. I had my hair transplant done. The staff were wonderful. After 5 months, the hair transplanted are growing well. Excellent service, including the hotel. Trichologist Sedef was awesome and everyone else. Very professional. My flight was delayed upon arrival, but the driver and nurse who picked me up were so nice to even waited for me for nearly an hour and 30 minutes. My other complaint is the front hairline should be a little bit lowered and add more hair to transplanted site. Even though MCan is lifetime warranty, I do not mind paying extra for the company to fix this. I have referred many of my colleagues to MCan because their services are excellent. I hope they can fix my complaint and hope to see them again. They are my friends for life and I cannot forget what they have done for me.

MCAN was a life changing experience with very friendly staff that made me feel welcome every step of the way from the minute I landed in Istanbul to when I went home. I went on my own for a hair transplant but they made sure I didn’t feel uncomfortable every step of the way, they have given me back my confidence and I feel better as a person and I can’t thank them enough for that, it’s an experience I will never forget!

I had a great experience with Mcan right from the start! They provide a very professional experience I am a week on from my FUE hair transplant and they have been at the end of the phone for any worry’s or questions that I have. The whole process from getting pick up from the airport, to getting dropped off at my hotel was very calm and easy i would highly recommend mcan to my friends and family.

I can positively say that I felt very welcome and taken care of from the day I arrived until the day I left. The team in MCAN clinic and the drivers were always on their best attitude and really gave a profesional feeling that made the whole process very easy going for me. The process itself was much easier than I initially expected, and I was always well attended, plus all my questions were answered on the spot. The team MCAN also gives you the possibility of keeping in constant contact with them and made my post operation weeks very easy to cope with thanks to all my questions being answered fast and NY following the instructions + medications I received from them.

I got a Hair Transplant in February. Booking with MCAN was easy. They organised all the transfers. All the staff including the drivers, the doctors/nurses/assistants were very kind and they spoke English! So far my hair is growing well and I've fully healed. Beware scammers in Turkey target people walking around with scars! Do not speak to ANYONE you don't know. Scammers hangout near the Hotels too!

Definitely recommendable, Top experience! I am about 2 weeks post op and so far its been a great journey, honoured to have done my transplant at Mcan. Very professional staff making the whole experience very good for me from the hospital staff to the drivers, always ready to help and very easy to talk to kind of people, thus also making the whole procedure a walk in the park, very satisfied so far with them and definitely recommendable.
